Sandpaw took on a confused look, "Like what?" He asked, "What else could we do down here other than dig..." he wondered aloud.

Arrowsky shot him a nasty look.
"Come on, you've got to be optomistic." She teased, looking around with a spark in her eye. After a moment of thinking and coming up with nothing, she moaned and hid her head in her paws.
"Sometimes life sucks." She complained. Be glad you have one... A voice whispered into her ear. Her head shot up, and she crept up the tunnel. Poking her head out of the hole in the ground, she first made sure the coast was clear, and then crawled out.
"Come on!" She encouraged Sandpaw. "Quietly."

Sandpaw, who was busy getting some sleep, gave a start when Arrowsky spoke the first statement. Seeing her go up the hole, he yawned and then purred "Okay, I'll come with you." As he began to make his way up the hole.

Arrowsky stuck her head back in to see Sandpaw's prgress. Gee he's slow. She thought tartly, looking around. It was all quiet, damp leaves blowing softly across the thin snow, which was only about a half of a half of a centimeter ((Forgot the measurement XD)). She began to purr, enjoying the change in weather, her tail high in the air, flicking left to right geefully.
"Bigpaw more like..." She muttered.

Sandpaw looked up at the sky unhappily. "NO!" He shouted, "I love the cold! Oh, well. I don't die without it or anything." The way she was staring at him confused him. She's so small, he thought to himself, how can she live in the cold weather?

Arrowsky grunted when he reached the top, but grinned despite herself. He was really big, and she thought it funny. She was not quite sure yet, but he looked clumsy. The image of him tripping over his paws crossed her mind, and she giggled like a bird.
"Well then, come along." She pestered him, trotting ahead. She stopped and looked over her shoulder at him, waiting for him to follow.

Sandpaw shook the dirt off of himself, and nodded. He continued along at a swift pace after her.

Arrowsky narrowed her eyes as they continued, thinking the cat she traveled with was simple minded. The thought brought a cheek grin to her face, though, for reasons of her own.
"So, do you know where they are?" She asked in a low, secretive voice. She glanced at him as they pranced along.

Sandpaw looked slightly confused "That all depends on what they are if I am to know where they are." He said sophisticatingly, "If I am to know the where, I must know the who and the why, along with the how."

Arrowsky snorted.
"Well if you must know all that then you must also be too stupid to understand it, even if you were to know." She informed him jokingly, flicking her tail. "And only God knows all that. I should hate to see you attempting to investigate a murder." Her eyes flickered with mockery.
"And I was simply asking if you knew where they were. That's either a 'yes' or a 'no'. Who they are I have no idea of either, but I suppose we'll have to leave that to fate to choose." She shrugged the best way cats could.

"Not necessarily," he stated, "If you were to attempt to make an observation without knowing anything, then that would make you stupid anyway." He finished, looking proud of himself. Then he flashed with surprised. "Wait, wait, murder? Why would you ask me where something was if you didn't know who they were?" Now he was confused...

Arrowsky rolled her eyes.
"A wise one once told me that it's wise to ask questions who's answers can only be infered by the question." She replied. "Who or what the wise one is, I have no clue." She grinned sheepishly, raising her eyebrows at the tom. "Now that we've got that out of the way, where are they?" She winked secretively, then waited for his response...

"Who is they?" He asked, now wanting to know desperately. "They as in what?"

"Shhh!" Arrowsky said, leaning down and looking around as though they were being watched. She scowled at Sandpaw. "Do you want to get us killed? Where are they? And don't ask who!" She told him.

"I have no idea where they are." He said, If I'm not catching on, I might as well go along.
